Introduction to Yoga Summer Series

For those with little or no yoga experience or those who want to strengthen the foundation of their yoga posture practice.

  • Learn basic alignment to help build strength and stability.
  • Open and realign key aspects of the body through practical and precise instruction
  • Bring tone to the body while developing the foundation of a beginning yoga practice
  • Increase flexibility, balance and strength while developing a gentle rejuvenating practice
  • Gain wisdom on the benefits of various types of postures – standing, seated, forward bends, twists and more.
