- Week 1: “find your seat”, the art of sitting requires the preparation of the body first.
- Week 2: “guided or silence”, discovering a path to consistent practice.
- Week 3: “receive and allow”, to be in the flow of your journey in life.
Please arrive 10-15 min. early to settle. Class will promptly begin at 4:30 p.m., dress in layers.

Donna Prenta, RYT 500, has been teaching meditation since 2005, completing her studies with The National Institute of Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine. Donna shares passion for the mind-body connection and offers attention, support, and compassion to students.
