Introduction to Iyengar Yoga

Intro to Iyengar Yoga 4-week Course

Meant for raw beginners or those who want to deepen their understanding of the basis of yoga principles and the Iyengar approach to asana (postures).

Learn yoga basics through standing, seated and reclining postures, to help you:

  • Increase strength, flexibility, and range of motion
  • Improve balance
  • Learn breath awareness
  • Reduce stress
  • Encourage better sleep

For continuity in learning students commit to the entire 4-week series. Recordings will be provided in case of absence and practicing independently with the video is encouraged.
