Jill received her Pilates training and certiﬁcation through Body Arts and Science (BASI) Pilates, a leading Pilates education academy. She is also a fully certiﬁed CoreAlign Instructor through Balanced Body Pilates and has taken numerous continuing education courses on a wide variety of topics. She is particularly interested in posture and walking mechanics and has completed training in these areas with several esteemed researchers and educators in the Pilates world, including Karen Clippinger, Dr. Christine Romani-Ruby and Nancy Myers.
