As the wheel turns from the North to East, Winter to Spring, Water to Wood, our days become longer. We take this time to celebrate the promise of new life and revitalizing energy.
In a virtual circle we share music, reflection, poetry, ritual, movement and meditation. You will receive a package of sacred items to help you create that hope-filled space in the comfort of your own home. So sign up no later than 1 week before the event so we can send your treasures.
Set yourself up in a quiet space. Wear comfortable clothes. And have some pillows and blankets nearby. We will share a few practices including restful postures and relaxing breath work.
This sacred event is 2 hours from 3:00-5:00PM CT.
The price of this virtual sacred event includes a package of sacred items to help you create a soulful space. The total price of the event is $40.00
Have a few props available like a bolster (or couch cushion) and a few blankets (or bath towels).
