Erawan has its roots in Ayurveda, the holistic wellness life-style of India. It is still used in Kerala, India and has been preserved in the mountains of Thailand.
In the session the receiver lies on a mat, fully clothed. Gentle to deep pressure is given as the foot or palm of the hand is rolled on and off the receiver. Kathleen was certified in 1995 by the Madrasa Open Secrets of Evanston Illinois. She brings her long time experience of Yoga and healing sciences into each session.
