Come and enjoy a little pampering for your hands and wrists and learn yoga poses that accentuate their health. This class will address awareness and proper positioning for the hands and wrists in key poses such as Adho Mukha Svanasana, using props and other tricks to help you support your weight with ease! We will do a few pampering and strain releasing exercises, traction and massage to help keep the hands and wrists nimble after a hard days work.
Suitable for all levels, and students who are not experiencing acute or chronic pain issues in the hands or wrists.
