Do not eat before your Yoga class for at least 1 hour.
Wear comfortable clothing. A tee shirt and shorts or leggings are good. Please be prepared to have bare feet.
Please refrain from wearing scented products or consuming alcohol before class.
Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and set-up.
You may enter on Brewster Avenue or from the parking lot in the back of the building. The parking lot is well lit.
Cash or checks accepted for payment. Scholarships available.
