Then email the teacher (by clicking the linked name next to the donate button) letting the teacher know you will be joining their class. The teacher will reply with the link to the virtual live class! Please limit your requests to join no later than 1 hour before the class.

Do not eat before your Yoga class for at least 1 hour.
Wear comfortable clothing. A tee shirt and shorts or leggings are good. Please be prepared to have bare feet.
Please refrain from wearing scented products or consuming alcohol before class.
Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and set-up.
You may enter on Brewster Avenue or from the parking lot in the back of the building. The parking lot is well lit.
Cash or checks accepted for payment. Scholarships available.
