  • Experience Yoga Poses that can support digestion
  • Learn everyday approaches to Ayurvedic cooking, with a focus on Spring
  • Sample Ayurvedic food, including homemade Kitchari, Coriander Chutney Herbal Digestive Tea, and a surprise dish!
  • Determine which foods are most nourishing for you
  • Receive a spice packet so you can prepare your own Kitchari at home.
  • Plus you will receive handouts including additional Ayurvedic recipes and yoga postures that support digestion
