Yoga Horizon’s “Best of” online series welcomes Kathleen Wright for two sessions focused on the basics of pranayama (i.e. conscious breathing). Intended for all levels of students and teachers, these sessions will introduce the fundamental elements for safely preparing for, practicing and realizing the benefits of pranayama. Useful props for these classes include a bolster if you have one, 2 bricks, 2 to 3 firm blankets or towels, a yoga strap.
