Join us for a warm, welcoming gathering for anyone curious about exploring yoga more deeply.
Together, we’ll revisit yoga teachings and practices, reflect on meaningful ideas and phrases, ask questions, share our experiences, and learn from one another. This is a participatory gathering rather than a teacher led class, creating space for everyone to contribute, explore, and grow in community.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’re warmly invited to join us. Bring your questions and , your curiosity.
