      • $165 for full day class and lunch
      • $280 for full day class, overnight stay on Thursday May 7th and breafast and lunch
      • Stay for the weekend Yoga retreat

A hands-on day of exploring the foundations of Ayurvedic Diet and Cooking. Prepare and enjoy a complete midday lunch, and work with the six tastes to create a balanced Ayurvedic charcuterie board. Guided recipes and practical handouts translate classical principles into an accessible, repeatable daily cooking practice. 

This event is a great start to the full Mother’s Day Yoga weekend retreat.
