Inversions invite us to see the world from a new perspective- literally and figuratively. We will explore the benefits of inversions, accessible variations and empowering practices for all participants.

Introduction to Sirsanas, preparations, indications, setup and practice, refinements and adjustments. Each class ends with the soothing Viparita Karani.

Introduction to Salamba Savangasana. Preparations, indications, setup and practice, refinements and adjustments. Each class ends with the soothing Viparita Karani.
